165 Special Issue DYNAmore Infomail

We are pleased to announce that Ansys  has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the DYNAmore business from DYNAmore Holding GmbH. With this step, which is currently under review of the German anti trust agency, both parties will join forces to provide high end solutions and services in computational mechanics.
